Are closures needed for the Tour of Britain cycling stages?
Is anyone taking care of that nationally, or is it left to individual local editors?

Local editors are always encouraged to take ownership of events in their areas, creating events for each stage is required as you can’t have an event covering the entire country.
It’s often difficult to map rolling closures, but closures for start / end and any stages that have fully closed sections is worth mapping.
