– there has been some development on how road types should be used within large installations (e.g. Pearl Harbor / Hickam) to both ensure proper routing and allow for better use of the road types while on the installation.
If someone has some knowledge of the bases in HI, I’d be happy to help, but I’d be guessing at what is a “primary street” and what isn’t… so I’d like to not do it alone.
