Unable create RPP with Cyrillic letter

Steps to reproduce this issue:
Starting today we can’t create (or change and save old one) RPP with cyrillic letter in number (format digit+letter). Reproducible in beta and prod WME.
There are not problems with Latin letters
Error: The highlighted place has an invalid house number

Moved this to prod bugs since it also exists in production WME.
