Unlock for New Zealand

I have moved to New Zealand from the UK and the Waze usage is much lower here. As such there is a lot of outdated map information. I have been trying to update things, but I’m limited by my level.

As an example there is construction on a railway bridge that has closed two roads the run beneath the rail bride.

Another example is this intersection where there is a barrier in the middle of the road that prevents cross traffic and turning. I’ve managed to update some of the turns, but others are locked.

The right turn onto this road is a difficult turn, but the setting is locked.

I would like to continue to use Waze, but the driving directions need a lot of correction.

Thanks for moving the post.

I posted in the general area because the pinned announcement post about region specific unlock requests doesn’t include New Zealand, and the advice is to post where I did if the country isn’t listed there. That might be worth updating.

Unfortunately, because of the topic age, that post is locked from updating.
I will reach out to the forum admins to see if I can get NZ added there.
As you have found, the NZ forum has the correct place for unlock requests.
