Unlock needed in Manteca, CA USA

I was trying to fix a U-turn issue by disconnecting/reconnecting the overpass from this node and then QW-ing the node and saving my changes:

but now it seems that the proper turns are not allowed (see permalink above), and I cannot edit the node (even though I am the AM) because kentsmith9(5) seems to have locked the surrounding off- and on-ramps.

Could somebody please unlock these objects, or at least fix the turn permissions?

Don’t forget to disable ‘straight through’ connections to avoid ‘off/on’ routing.

Also please post back here when you are complete so we can relock these high traffic areas to prevent erroneous changes from wiping out major routes.

The eastbound 120 off- and on-ramps are still locked, because I still cannot edit the turn restrictions at that junction. Even though the red/green arrows appear when I select a road segment, I cannot toggle their states.

OK, I have re-enabled all turns except for the straight-through off-to-on-ramp route at that junction. The ramps can be re-locked; thanks!

However, it looks like the westbound 120 on-ramp from S. Main St. (on the other side of the overpass, just north of this junction) is unlocked. That one should be locked as soon as possible.
