I added a parking lot road at the corner of Dempster and Crawford in Skokie. Dempster has a level 4 lock. Please either lower it so I can connect and indicate the turn restrictions where the road connects with Dempster St, or make the edits for me.

The Parking lot is entered from Dempster driving East, and exited to Dempster with a right turn only restriction. a Left turn from Dempster is not allowed to the parking lot.
Before this edit, and due to the construction on Crawford, the route given to the store on the south side of dempster went west along dempster to the store, and then stopped. However, there is a barricade in the center of dempster that prevents a left turn and also prevents a pedestrian crossing at that place.
We need to assure that routing to the south dempster stores during the construction is ONLY from west to east. Thanks for the help.
