Unlock request, and question, for Bordentown NJ

I’d like to fix Stanton Road so that it’s not appearing to be a ramp. Also, when I select the locked segment it states the following:

“This segment is locked. You need to be a level 4 editor to edit this segment.”

Question: I am a level 4 editor, why won’t this allow me to unlock it? Clicking on the unlock checkbox does nothing.

same issue here too:

Are these segments totally within your editable area as displayed in the editor?

yessir

Ah ha, I found segments you edited and you are NOT a level 4 editor, you are a level 3 editor according to the number in parens after your name. (The ranks recently changed and rank used to be different than cones, but now they are equal.) So that is the reason you were getting the message.

I unlocked the section of 206 S so you should be able to fix the geometry of Stanton Rd now.

Please fix this segment which you last touched. It is two way when it should be one way. And be sure to Q-W the junctions at each end because right now there are turns enabled that are impossible once it is set as one way. It will need to have the proper name applied as well.

I unlocked the second item as well. Be sure to put the lock back onto the highways when you are done. Let me know if you have further questions!

Thanks!

I’m scratching my head on that one because I know for sure I never switched the direction of the road. In fact, I didn’t even know it was unlocked. I’m wondering if it had my name there because I allowed all turns at the two intersections on that road? Either way, I did fix it - thanks for pointing it out…

Are you referring to 206 N or S? I did add the N and S to the roads. If you were referring to something else here, could you please clarify?

Thanks again and done!

I could have sworn it did not have the N suffix. Maybe my eyes were playing tricks on me.

And yes, adjusting the turns MAY be enough to set you as the last editor of a segment (long list of if/thens to determine if segments are updated and which ones).

You’re not losing it - I just worded my sentence wrong.

I meant to ask if you meant N and S because if you did, I went ahead and changed them. So yes, some parts were not showing the N and S but after you mentioned it I did change it.

Thanks again!

Thanks for the confirmation of my sanity. That is one vote for (and many more against  ).
