I fixed the silly turn restrictions at Saint Johns and the Bypass intersection, where the UR was, so that’s resolved.

Let me know if there are other areas that need fixed. Unlocking these isn’t really necessary I don’t think, but let me know if you think otherwise.

I’ll look around for other UR’s… I haven’t looked at this city in a month or so.
