Greetings! We can help in the immediate term get that closure set if you know what the duration is (end date and time it needs to re-open). It typically requires level 3 access, BUT for partner agencies or personnel we can leverage a program called “Waze for Cities” it essentially gives you access to help set closures in a defined area (such as Charles City) or more broadly in the full county or multi-county area (depending of course on your coverage area we could essentially define a range based on that).
