I am not sure we can resolve this issue to your satisfaction.
The Waze map is set up to navigate for residents and when the destination is in a gated community it routes through the nearest gate to the destination. Waze cannot, currently, differentiate between a resident and a delivery vehicle. Therefore, there is no way to route residents to their nearest entrance and to route delivery and visitor vehicles to a different entrance. It is the current policy that residents need to inform visitors and deliveries which gate to use.
