From your post I see your request an unlock of the exiting segment of a gate to a community.
Can you please give a reason for your request?
I can then determine what needs to be unlocked and provide any guidance if needed?

That gate has no public access into the community. No one can pass through that gate, public access into to the community is only through the gate on Gladiolus Drive

I see the two gated entrances to the community.

I have reviewed and we have the gated entrances mapped properly on the Waze map.

However, Waze is not able to determine which Wazers have passes and which do not. Waze will route either resident or non-resident to the entrance that is on the fastest possible route. In these cases, Waze must rely on residents/community management to ensure that non-resident/visitor are aware of which entrance they are allowed to take.

I have added a place to the public/visitor’s entrance that a visitor can use as stop before their final destination to get them to the appropriate visitor gate.
Adding a stop to your route for instructions on how to do this.
Unfortunately, that is all we can currently provide in the app at this time.

I totally understand but people with passes know the 2 gates. It is people coming for the first time who do not know the layout who have issues. I think everyone should be directed to the Gladiolus Drive gate. Those who know the gates and have a pass can choose to go to the other gate. That is what makes sense.
