Unlock to level:1

Sweeping lane is closed during long term construction / I wanted to mark as closed.
There are many other items along highway 156 between Hollister and San Juan Batista i could update as well.

Do you have the closure layer turned on? It has been marked closed for a week.

I’ll also note you have to be level 3 or higher to add closures.
