I would like to be able to edit the following segment.

Reason: I am part of the management team at Tamarack Lodge. Tamarack Lodge is at the top of the referenced segment of road.
With permission from the National Forest Service and with the help of Mammoth Mountain Ski Area, we close this segment of road to conduct avalanche mitigation work. If I am allowed to edit this segment of road, I can help Hotel, Cross-Country Ski Center, and Inyo National Forest guests stay informed of planned and current road closures.

Thanks for your post.

While we’d love to have your help with that great local knowledge, unfortunately, if you’re thinking of adding closures to the segment, that action actually requires an Editor Level of 3 or higher. Even if we downlocked the segment, you still wouldn’t be able to apply closures via the Map Editor, as a Level 1.

You’re welcome to post here (or join our Discord server) or contact one of us in Chat, when closures are scheduled, we’re more than happy to help. How far in advance do you typically know about the closures?

Also, if you’re onsite, you should be able to submit closures directly from the app.
