It should be the same as the proceeding segment. A50 > Derby.
It doesn’t need to be - the way directions work is that, if you reach a junction and the next segment along the route is unnamed, Waze will look further along the route to find the first segment which does have a name, and use that as part of the instruction given. So in this case, as the ramp segment has been split due to the speed limit change, and as the second half of the ramp is named appropriately, users will still get the correct instruction for routes leading onto the A50 here, even though the first half of the ramp isn’t named.
