I unlocked to Level 1 since the segments are already L2.
Are you familiar with how Waze maps the speed limit? I know the street view is very old along this road (from 2008). But we only map the white regulatory signed speed limits. The ones on yellow signs are not mapped on the road. Also if the segment has a change then we mark the transition at the sign unless it makes a segment less than 200 ft.
