The geometry of J21/21a on the M25 has changed quite a lot (actually, many junctions on the M25 have) with the result that some slip roads now start an awful lot sooner than they did.
But parts of the M25 around these two junctions are locked so I can’t fix them.
If you look at the highest res Bing images these are very recent and show the new road layout.

I definately unlocked them last night. I tried to unlocked them this morning and somehow they changed back locked. Will it be sync error or server problem?
Double checked. All segements have been unlocked. Hope they will not autometrically locked again.
arrhhh…the segments are automatically locked again. I checked on old cartouche they are unlocked. What’s wrong?
For what it’s worth, this is the specific segment that’s locked and is preventing me moving the exit slip road back to where it is now:

I used old cartouche to unlock it but no luck 
I’ve sent email to support. Hope they will repond to it shortly.

having tried to unlock them today but no success
Everytime I unlocked these 3 segements and saved them, they will be locked back after clicking the permalink or ctrl F5. Anyone can help during I’m awaiting for Support’s response?
Well, haven’t got any response from Waze so I decided to redraw these 3 segments.
