The error in the restricted turn is clear but I can’t fix it because the segment is locked. I would also suggest moving the node further from the intersection as I believe this would generate the turn left instruction too far to the west of where it should be.

I’m not sure why just these two segments of Washington Ave are locked.

can you highlight what you need unlocked?

Also, sometimes if the segment attached the locked segment that cause it not editable as well

Any idea why just those two segments were locked? Should I relock them?

They don’t need to be, but I prefer you to lock it then me. This way other editors with level 3 or 4 can make changes.
