Need a level 5 to unlock ramps to 101 to reconnect them with E Millbrae Ave
This needs to be referred back to to kentsmith9 to find out why it’s like this. This is a deliberate edit, and probably for good reason.

Thanks for taking an interest in editing the Waze map. It looks like you are trying to split a road that should not (and was not) split. Please refer to the Wiki section on when not to split a road. I returned the modified segments to the original configuration.
