I’m trying to fix an issue with a left turn only at the junction of Rosetta Avenue and Ormeau Road, so need Ormeau Road (level 4) unlocked

I just redid the turn restrictions here due to a UR that had been set. Was it yourself that posted it? if it was sorry for stealing your points 
Not sure who messed the restrictions up on the junctionbut I’d be grateful if you could check I got them right.

Thanks, I tried adding the left turn restriction, but when it didn’t change, I deleted and redrew the Rosetta Avenue/Ormeau Road piece again, only to find that I couldn’t then enable the left turn. Must look at the levels more closely in future!

That would certainly explain it then. You really should try not to redraw the road segments as it removes the speed data and interferes with the routing engine, you can just drag the segments apart, save and rejoin them which recreates the junctions and retains the speed data.
As for the lock levels, most of the Major Highways (A class trunk roads) should be locked at level 4, if you need them dropped down for fixing, stick a post up in the unlock forum or drop me a line.
