Again, I am posting as to why roads are locked which does not allow for turns to be validated on to those locked roads?
I am trying to resolved a reported error at the following address:

But I am unable to correct since the road is locked.

Please understand, that Waze has made it difficult on us editors by repurposing the lock feature several times since the start of the project. So many locks are left over from previous uses (like enforcing one ways, keeping the auto adjuster from screwing with it, etc.)
So many times, the lock is there and things are wrong, but only in the last incarnation of the locking purposes has it kept people from editing them.
I guess this is going to be a recurring issue. Here is another intersection with a problem. I added the missing road, but could not make the turns valid. Therefore, I was unable to resolve the reported problem.
