Hi all.
I’ve been using Waze for the past couple of days to navigate for deliveries. I’ve noticed a couple of map errors (one missing street, one unnamed street) but cannot do anything in the editor to rectify the problems. According to the editor, it can’t find any of my drives.
Where is the issue?
Hey there - It’s taking between 3-5 days for drives to show up in the editor at the moment - just some delay processing them on the backend.
If you want to get the changes made quickly then posting in the Updates/Unlocks forum is the best bet (look for another similar post for an example of how to request). Depending on what level the roads in question are locked to, you may need to post for some assistance once your editing area is activated anyway!

What’s defined as a “drive”?
Do I need to have a route plotted, or does merely driving around count?
Driving around with the app enabled is enough! That’s also enough to contribute to Waze’s logic as a normal user as well - mostly how long it takes to transition from each road segment to the next that is the core of Waze’s secret sauce!
