So, two someones decided to split a section of N. Lake ave and not complete it (as usual). I’ve attached a screen shot of the way it was before I started to put it back the way it was.

Could you make the final connection to Rt 9, please. All turns enabled from N. Lake ave onto rt 9.
The wiki suggests that the road could be split if there are u-turns needed for proper navigation http://www.waze.com/wiki/index.php/Best_map_editing_practice. Do you think it would be cleaner if it were split? (instead of having the two mini-splits to allow the u-turns)

I connected that segment to Turnpike Rd for you… Please double check that I got the turn restrictions correct from all directions…
The figure 8 north of Turnpike Rd is questionable, so I left it… The one that was just north of South Rd by the parking lot road to the East looked messed up to me & removed it, BUT THEN…
The more I look at it, I think the entire road should be split…
- The median is wide enough
- The GPS tracks at 100m (scale on lower left of WME) are distinct.
If you decide to split it, I would split it where it was split in the image you posted (at the unnamed street just south of Mohican Rd).

Just one turn restriction to fix. The right off of Rt 9 onto N. Lake ave should be enabled.

Yeah. Westbound all turns are prohibited. You have to take the exit ramp and the u-turn to make a left. Lots of people just make the left turn illegally even though it’s clearly posted no left turns. I wouldn’t try to make the turn it’s pretty hairy during the busy times and you end up backing up traffic on the bridge trying to make the turn. There is about to be some serious construction in the area as they are started to replace the bridge this summer. Maybe the routing will change?
