Hi,

I find some issues about road levels.

  1. The roads in The Fields at RFK are open to the public during its opening hours. It is a public park and thus do not fall under Private Installations. Hence the roads should be marked regular “Street” per Road types.
  2. The United States Naval Observatory is indeed a private installation. But per Military Bases, only the entrance gates should be marked as private road. The remaining roads inside should be marked regular “Street”.
