Over the last week, I have discovered the Express Lanes no longer are an option as part of my planned route. Is there a resolution or option I missed? Google Pixel XL on 8.0 Oreo.
I have seen the same thing. Waze, if you’re going to change this, fine. Just need upfront about it.
I even tried to click on them to navigate. No route found.

Basically, Waze is getting ready to roll out support for HOV and transponders (including flex), so changes are being made to the map that may affect some of these routes in the short term. See the thread above for more details.
Thanks looked and searched for this issue. It was not coming up.
Google maps and owner of Waze has the same issue.
Google maps has never really supported the express lanes properly, and AFAIK, has no plans to add them. The maps and routing servers are completely separate.
I would use them frequently when planning trips. This is no longer the case.
This is my user experience. YMMV.

I do not see it working still. Is it set for a release later today?
Go into Settings > Navigation > Add toll/HOV passes. Add E-ZPass. See if you’re still having problems.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but right now (Thursday, 5:03 pm) I am plotting various routes from my office in Washington DC to points along I-95 in Virginia, and Waze is not offering any routes that use the I-395/95 Express Lanes as an option. “Avoid Toll Roads” is OFF. This is with the standard iOS app, not Beta.
I even tried a route to the Franconia-Springfield Metro, which is right off the Express Lanes exit to 7900, but this was not offered as an option.
[EDIT] On the other hand, Waze does offer the I-495 Express lane as an option on a route to Tysons Corner, so this suggests there is something wrong specifically with the settings on 395/95.
[EDIT^2] My last edit was too hasty; the toll road on the route to Tysons was VA 267, not the 495 Express Lanes.
I do not yet have that option on my Android app 4.29.0.0.
Alas, I still see the same options, sans hov/toll.
I’m thinking it’s not released for Android yet. Maybe even restricted to Beta.
Aye. Deleted cache and other files. Reinstalled with no luck.
Darn it!
We’re going to revert the lanes to how they were functioning previously, and will work with staff to get that functionality working before we try again. Thanks for the feedback.
