Can’t get Waze to give voice commands.

Hi,
Make sure that you have a voice selected and that either turns or just hazards are selected in your settings.
Waze has two volume levels.
First general volume for the phone which would be for music/podcasts etc.
Second for road commands. To raise the volume on this one you have to have Waze speaking to affect the volume. So right after you maed a turn it should announce the next turn. So please try raising the volume then.
Please let us know if this doesn’t work.

I have a voice selected, but the only choices are ON, OFF, ALERTS ONLY. The voice has always worked in the past. I have a new phone (S26), but the problem occurred before the new phone.

Then please try changing the volume when there should be a notification/direction.
