Hello, I keep drive daily with increasing my waze points on my Iphone display, but here on the Web site account the balance is at least one week old and do not take into account all I have done during last 7 days…
Why? Is there something special to activate to get updated daily as promised ?

Thanks for your check and help, but now I am really since yesterday when I was driving my score went over 300 up to 332 points… and today when I look at it on the Iphone it shows only 187 points … looks like I lost all my points of the past week !! :shock: :shock:
and I won’t be able to open those new roads a first time again…

Mine has not moved off zero and I have been using it for 13 days. I have a Galaxy S phone. Does this problem have anything to do with the phone model or Android?
I believe it has to do with the huge influx of new users. Android version should not be an issue.
