We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

The user is saying that the routes that Waze provided to their rider are incorrect routes and they would like to update it to 3180 Parker Dr. GA 30041, USA Cumming, Kindly check the screenshot that the user provided.

The address has been corrected. This should reach new search results within a few days. On rare occasions it can take closer to a week. The user will need to remove any instance of this address from their history and favorites and search again. Waze will not update your existing history of places unless they remove and search for them again.
