“Your route to 8592 Dream falls rd. Boca Raton FL 33496 is wrong when drivers arrive from the north. The street is located in gated community (named Lotus) that must be entered from Paradise Bay Ave ONLY! Your software sends drivers to a neighboring community and implies a route that assumes the 2 communities are connected. They are not. Please fix asap. Ubers and friends are consistently sent to the wrong community”
