I am going to start editing in WV soon. I just tossed UnHoly a PM asking him to add WV to the title if anyone doesn’t have any objections.
In living in Southwestern PA, we consider WV part of the Tri-State area.

In NYC and northern NJ, Tri-State = NY, NJ, CT
North of Philly and central NJ, Tri-State = NY, NJ, PA
South of Philly and south NJ, Tri-State = NJ, PA, DE
There is no one “Tri-State Area”. Wikipedia lists some along with the 35 places where 3 states meet in a tripoint.
I’d say we either need to expand and rename this forum something like “Mid Atlantic States” and include more states OR we need to restrict it to the PA/DE/NJ Tri-State Region and realize “Tri-State” is not unique.
I’d be happy with a NEC forum myself 
(For non-locals, NEC = North East Corridor. Basically DC to Boston via Amtrak.) Also called the Northeast megalopolis.
Yeah, its devolving a bit. NJ and NY have their own forums. Should we think about splitting this into separate PA, DE and WV forums?
Should we group neighboring states until they hit a critical mass to stand on their own or should we just create a forum for each and every state and be done with it?
I don’t have a problem with small, focused forums. Work tends to get done when there is focus.
I vote to split into separate states. You can always look at the other states forums very easily. I wish there was an easy way to cross post between forums (one topic, but links & updates shown in multiple forums).
And don’t forget the Tri-State Area that used to be a Bi-State Area with an Adjacent Area Right Over There, prior to the Tri-State Area Unification Day :lol: .

When the show first came out, the whole premise sounded weird, and so my family didn’t watch it … later, when DC ran a marathon covering the first 19 episodes, we gave it a try, and got hooked! And it’s not just the kiddos that like it, either.

I agree. I just wanted WV added as it wasn’t listed at all. Trying to read the WV DOT map is a bit of a learning curve coming from PA IMO.
Also, I thought that when the Unlock and Update threads for the U.S. should have been placed in a thread in each state. Granted there are more clicks to get to there for the CM’s but it would be nice to see who is editing (new or not) in the local state area. It could add to the state conversation in editing consensus and make new editors aware of how other state editors have decided to do things. To be honest, I don’t even look at the Unlock thread as I don’t have to power to unlock at the CM level.
