I just logged in to my dashboard a few minutes ago and all my trips were there. I clicked around the site a bit, then clicked back on dashboard, it asked me to log in again and now all my points and trips are gone!
Are you logging into the correct server, www.waze.com for North America, world.waze.com for everywhere else.
I was not, but had not specifically switched server and the first time I logged in it was fine,…

yeah… there are several places in the website/forum/wiki where you might accidentally get switched over to www.waze.com. Causes confusion especially for those needing world.waze.com.
