Everything disappeared on my dashboard

everything, including personal profile, points, mileage, ranking, etc, just GONE on int’l server.
somebody help, please.

[Edit]: The issue has been fixed now…my points are back.

Waze is having multiple issues with the World server infrastructure that they are blaming on too many new users. The have stated that they are working on dividing the infrastructure to spread the load. How they are doing so, who knows?

In addition Waze just completed a new points calculation process for the world infrastructure.

There are multiple reports of blank dashboards at the moment. Maybe this is part of rolling out this new points process?

I have the same issues, at least that’s an indication, that something’s going on. :wink:
However, only the dashboard seems to be affected currently, when opening the map editor you’ll probably notice, that your points have been updated and no longer show our score from april 14th. (Mine jumped up by more than 10000 :smiley: )
Also the routes seem to be slowly coming in, as stated on the status page, this process is still running with the handbrake pulled, but it is running.

Just have one or two (or three or four…) more days of patience, and then hopefully everything will be fine again (or even better than before).

I had the same this morning. Now as of this post my dashboard is back and correct, as far as I can judge.

Edit: Just saw that my drives are only updated until 21st of April, so it could be that even more points and edits will be added. :wink:

Yeah, same here, when i go to my dashboard it’s like I’m a brand new user: 0 point, 0 mile :?

Make sure you’re looking on the right server.
