Hi all,
I’ve having some “challenges” with WME at the moment and wonder if it’s just me…
The main one I have is that I’m back at the situation of the streetview window being black. It will probably be useful that I can now resize it but I’d rather see the pictures! It’s not just in the odd place either - it’s everywhere. I generally use Chrome (now V78) but SV in Google Maps works fine. I’ve tried turning hardware acceleration off/on and I’ve also tried removing cookies of various sorts but with no joy. SV in WME works fine on the same PC in Firefox.
I’m also seeing the grey screen and difficulties saving when commenting on and closing URs as mentioned in another thread.
To cap it all, WME SpeedLimits seems to have stopped working for me - sure it was fine a few days ago.
Is it me??
Thanks
Martin
I get this too. Very annoying.
I frequently get issues with “first drop” of the GSV marker. I get a black screen and, if I pan the map slightly, it reappears in it’s default place (which is, of course, LH side of the screen under the zoom bar  ). Dropping it on the map for the second time normally works.
It’s been like that for ages as far as I can recall. I’m not sure if it’s a script issue - frankly I haven’t been bothered enough to investigate. ![]()
I haven’t seen any saving problems. I can’t comment on WME Speedlimits - I use WME Toolbox to indicate limits.
BTW, you might get more/better answers if you post in the WME Map Editor topic. WME problems are never specific to the UK. ![]()
Indeed it does - a workaround - that will help…
I’ve looked at Toolbox on occasions but can’t get my head around how to drive it! I like the simplicity of Speedlimts as it gives the roads in the view different colours.
I’m shy so stayed closer to home! I’ll try branching out…
Thanks
Martin
