Would like to add a place but I don't have the permissions yet

Hi Waze editors, I would like to add a place on waze but when I try to save it says I don’t have permissions, I have tried an alternative method of adding the place and it says it needs to be approved by any editor with a level 2 or Higher. Please assist approve the place or help with adding the place if you have permissions.
