I hope you are doing well.

I run a digital marketing company, and part of my work is helping clients add their businesses to navigation platforms such as Waze.

I tried to add a new place using the Waze Map Editor, but after filling in all the information, I received a message saying that I don’t have permission to publish the changes.

Could you please help me understand why this happens and assist me in unlocking or approving the place so I can add the correct business information for my client?

Hi, you should be able to suggest a place and it’ll sit in a folder awaiting approval from a higher ranking editor. Once you’ve submitted a number of approved places, your places will be automatically approved.
