Wrong entrance for hospital causing patient issues!

The Waze directions to the Alfond Center for Health in Augusta Maine directs our patients to a staff-only entrance. Due to security reasons they cannot get access to the hospital this way - making many late to much needed health appointments. Attached is a screenshot of a map from google of the entrance it should be. (As a new user I can only upload one image, so I didn’t include the Waze screenshot)

I’ve already put in multiple edit requests and a ticket thru Waze but have seen no updates and this continues to be a daily issue. Any help would be appreciated!

In my screenshot, should we make the best entrance where the green dot is? The red dot is closer to where you show, is that better?

Both of those entrances are valid - but the green one is the best option!

Please note that the changes can take up to a couple of days to reach your device. Also you will have to delete any previous drive history to this location in your phone, or it will continue to use the previous information.
