Actionable URs filter do not display all usable URs

Steps to reproduce this issue:
When I select the default filter ‘Actionable URs ’, this UR doesn’t appear. Why is that?
This happens with other URs as well.

Is it really a filter bug if the user has commented twice, but all the filter does is set the amount of user comments to 0 or 1? Obviously it gets filtered out.
The duplicate comments seems problematic. We’ve had that as well where we get the exact same comment twice. Seems systemic.

I understand, but we need to find a solution; otherwise, this default filter is useless because it doesn’t show the URs where a user might post several replies in a row (which happens quite often).

Thank you for submitting this bug report.

As @LihtsaltMats mentioned, this happens because the comments appear twice. We already have an open bug report for this misbehavior (“Duplicate response on UR”).

I will keep this thread open and update you on our progress.

I want to inform you that the bug Duplicate response on UR has been resolved.

Right now, we haven’t received any new cases about reappearing duplicate responsesin URs, so the Actionable UR filters should also function correctly.
