I had reported an issue with our address being pinned to the wrong house. An editor did reply, but after a month it still isn’t fixed. It was incorrect with Google, which was causing it to be incorrect with Waze. I reported it to Google maps as well because it still wasn’t correct with them either. It is now fixed on Google maps, but not Waze. I have replied a few times, but haven’t gotten a response, so I had to post again, sorry ![]()

When I enter this address into my app, I am navigated to the correct location. After you were notified that we made edits to correct navigation to this address, did you delete all drives to this address from your app, including any preset favorites like “home”? If you did not delete your old drives, you will not get the edits in your app and will continue to be navigated the incorrect way.
Do you know how to delete drives from your app?

Yes I deleted the address from my history, I didn’t have it saved as “home” or a favorite… and I even uninstalled it twice. Are you definitely sure it’s right on your map? There are two 25 Woodlawn aves on Woodlawn Ave. One end of the road is in Everett, the other is in Chelsea. We are on the end where New Bridge Cafe is located.
This is what it looks like on my app… Where I am is where it should be, but it’s pinned on the opposite end of the road…
