My house has name, street, village only. I tried adding it to the map, but it seems that the map editor requires a numeric ‘house number’, and that can’t be null. This is UK, and I think reasonably common. Is there a configuration somewhere that I’m missing? I’m new to the map editor…
Edit: I added a place on Google maps - maybe that will get auto-added?

We have been asking Waze HQ to allow use of names as house numbers for a long time but they have recently said this is not something they are able to fix any time soon.
You are able to add a Place Point, I’d suggest using the Lodging category. Add you house name to the Name field, and leave the house number in the address fields blank.
Alternatively you can use the App to add a Residential Place Point and add your house name, however you are unable to correct the location of this in the Editor once it appears. Report button > Place (purple icon), take photo, select This is residential.
Google Maps and Waze are separate and they do not share their maps.
