I recently discovered a nice application which integrates well with Waze (that’s why it got my attention):

I saw this in the last update, too, and found it very interesting. Haven’t tried to use it yet, though.
The current iPhone beta shows the format of the waze:// url handler so all apps should be able to hook into waze now to give it destination info to route to.
I had used AroundMe with TomTom and Navigon previously. Have not tried it with Waze integration.
Basically an easy way to find POI’s that you want to route to and I would assume once you find them one click to select the POI and route to the POI using Waze navigation? Shows the POI’s as PIN as an overlay I believe on the integrated iPhone Maps app.
Really useful if you want to search for POI’s for category vs. knowing the name of the POI or having to deal with trying to find the closest POI in the list view in Waze.
EDIT - does not seem to automatically set a route in Waze, at least with the current iOS Beta. It just switches to Waze and brings up something similar to if you were browsing the map and pressed on the map to route to that location.
