Attempting to avoid specific toll roads or create a saved route

I’m trying to navigate around the DFW area and in doing so, there are wildly different toll road companies with vastly different prices.

I’m wondering if it is possible to either create my own routes and save them or avoid specific toll roads on a specific route.

It is not possible to create your own route and you can’t avoid only certain toll roads.
