Guys… I see a problem with some directions and I’m racking my brain trying to figure out the problem but I just don’t see it. I’ve noticed this on my way home the past couple of days and I don’t understand why it’s happening. Why is Waze giving a right turn onto Endicott from the frontage road?
The area has been under construction for some time but these screwy directions just started recently. I checked the streets and the only thing abnormal I see is one segment says one way B-A and the next segment says A-B. I didn’t think this should matter but I don’t know. Everything else seems to be in order. Am I missing something?
You are missing something. You’re missing the restrictions I placed on these segments that say “closed to all traffic” about a week ago, based on an editors first hand account. If they’re wrong, then we need to fix that ASAP.
I know for sure that the frontage road going east to turn north on Beach St. is open. I drove on that 3-4 days ago. But I’ll double check the others today to be sure. The whole intersection really needs to be updated since the construction is done. If you can lower it to a rank 2 lock I’ll update it and let you know when I’m done so you can double check my work.
Just went by the intersection. All lanes open with no restrictions. The construction for the intersection itself is complete but there is still some work being done to the on ramps to 820. There are also new U-Turn lanes not currently displayed in Waze.
