Being able to add when traffic lights are not working

Would be great if under hazards whether you can add if traffic lights are not working, similar to adding about roadworks

There is a “Broken Traffic Light” option in the same place where you can report Roadworks.

Report -> Hazard -> On road -> Broken Traffic Lights
