Can someone help me change my business address? Nothing is working

I need to change my business address so that my customers don’t get lost. Nothing is working.

We want the previous one removed because customers will get lost going there instead of here in Providence.

The old location is not currently on Waze’s map. You may have a Saved Place for it stored locally on your phone, which will need to be deleted - these do not update automatically.

(edit) I did some more looking, and your old location is still in Google Maps - you will need to ask GMaps to update that.

It looks like someone may have already submitted an update to Google, and that you attempted to add a place for it in Waze. I suggest adding it using the app rather than via the map editor. If you do, you can add a picture of the business as well as any and all details. If a local editor adds it to the map first, your submission would updated the existing place in Waze with the picture.
