Cannot navigate with Waze to Washington or California

I’m heading west from Ohio on Sanday. I cannot navigate to Washington or California on my computer using the WAZE website map.

That’s a pretty long trip, but it should work. Keep in mind there’s a difference between Livemap (the web) and the app. Just to test it out, try the same route on your phone.

It’s usually recommended to plan your route out ahead of time and use intermediate points along the way as your destination. I routinely drive 1000 miles in a day and plan out my stops ahead of time, just for better ETA and traffic information. The longer the route, the less accurate the ETA will be over time.

Thanks for the response. REALLY appreciate it. Yes, it works fine on the phone app. But I couldn’t get to where I could see the whole route. So, for the first time, I tried using the Waze website on my computer to see a larger pic of what my route looked like. I know a lot of people around the country, and I like to see where I might be able to see someone or maybe stay w/ someone to save money. Wasn’t even sure there was WAZE online. But when I set my route from Ohio to Washington or California, it would show a square notification that says “Something went wrong.” There is no way to drive to your destination. Check your map and try again. Ha! I tried other towns, cities, and reset the address. Tried in multiple cities in Washington and California, and the same thing. But if I put in other states and cities, it worked. Anyway, it was my first time using it on the website, so I thought I was doing something wrong or a setting was wrong.

Thank you!
Mark

I’ll be honest - for something like that I would use Google Maps for overall route planning and Waze once you’re actively driving. After all, Waze is a commuting app at heart.

Understood. Thank you!
