I have a new one that is currently happening on a UR, reproducible simply by clicking on it. Username will appear briefly but before you can click it, it will become unclickable.
All scripts disabled in this occurrence.

We’re tracking usernames displayed as numbers in URs in this thread—the issue is in the works. 
I’ll move your post to that bug report to keep all relevant details in one place.

Yes, I see names more often. When they disappear, its enough to click on ur to see the name.
