One reminder for community hub access is it may not use your normal e-mail address. You may need to add ā€œ.wazeā€ to it, such as ā€œturbomkt@gmail.com.wazeā€

using .waze at the back of my email, I am not able to login. But using Google Sign in method, I am able to log in. Should I request access based on .waze or its normal to have login with Google sign in?

Using the Google sign in is the current method, using .waze was the older way which still works for some.
Anyway, whether you sign in with Google Sign In or .waze, you end up in the same place - so it doesnā€™t matter :slight_smile:

Iā€™m back with answers about Hub access issues:

Everyone should try to log in again, and if your issues persist, please respond to this thread with the URL of the error page.

  • Those with a gmail account should try to log in via the Google Sign In option using the gmail address associated to their Waze account.
  • Those with non-gmail accounts should use the username and password they previously got (we reset the passwords so some issues should be resolved). If you never got a username and password to the hub, please let me know.

I tried again using my gmail account.

Mine worked!

But I noticed something. Iā€™m not sure if it was a Google Chrome setting or some configuration on my side, but the browser was automatically translating some websites, including the Community Hub. I tried logging in and got an authentication error.

After disabling translation for the Community Hub, as I usually do, I tried logging in again and it worked!
