Is there any way to get statistics about users in whole country f.e. Poland?

I asked myself the same question, and along with your post, I found http://wazestats.com/
Here you can find statistics on a per city basis in Europe (most important metropolitan areas).

They show that Paris is by far the city where Waze is the most used in Europe. You will also remark that Warsaw (Warswawa) counts 5 more active users than Berlin (maximum active users this day). Interesting, no ? This may explain why Waze works so bad in Germany to avoid traffic jams. Now you guess why Waze HQ aren’t likely to share such statistics ?..
