I have posted here, few of the editors who have closed UR’s without any reason or explanation?
Its making map fixes harder, also would send wrong message to wazers, who don’t see their issues fixed?

But on topic, as long as we inform every editor, that closing UR is not the way we work, it’s all we can do. If someone is repeatedly closing UR,without corresponding and replying to the PM we send to warn him, we can get him (temporarily) blocked.
It’s more friendly, to send a reminder after a 7 day period, and then close the UR after about 2 weeks. But still, not JUST close it, but first look if you really can’t dissolve the issue. Then send a message, that you are closing the issue because there’s no response. Then close after 1 or 2 days.
If there is any open conversation with anyone but yourself, don’t close the UR, but contact your waze-colleague on how to proceed. It might be that he’s working on it.
