Edits and Points Not Displayed on User Profiles

Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
When opening user profiles in Discuss, the fields for:

  • Points

  • Edits

are displayed as 0, although the users are clearly established editors with long editing histories.

Examples observed:

Level 6 editor (Editor since 2015) → 0 Points / 0 Edits
Level 4 editor → 0 Points / 0 Edits
Level 3 editor → 0 Points / 0 Edits

Forum post counts are displayed correctly, which suggests the issue specifically affects the synchronization or display of edit/point statistics.

Expected Behavior:
User profiles should display the correct total number of edits and accumulated points.

Actual Behavior:
All affected profiles show:

Points: 0

Edits: 0

Scope:

Observed on multiple accounts

Appears consistent across different profile levels

Forum activity counters are unaffected

Environment:

Observed via WME profile view

Desktop browser (Firefox)

Please let me know if further account examples or browser console logs are required.

Back-end update seems to have fixed it now.

Hi @derEntwickler,

Thank you for reporting the problem. Is the issue still reproducible on your side? I checked your profile, as well as those of other editors, and I can see both the edits and the points.

Hey Nataliia,

Thanks for your feedback. No, the error can no longer be reproduced. The error was already fixed after the message from “lacmacca.”

Thank you for the update. I am glad the issue has been resolved; it was most likely a temporary issue. I will go ahead and close this case as ‘not reproducible.’
