Steps to reproduce this issue:
Open any mail generated by waze when a reporter responds a UR.
Instead of an editor’s username, it says “A waze volunteer editor, informer, …”
Browser name and version:
Edge Version 144.0.3719.82 (Official build) (64-bit)

Thank you for your input!
The name “reporter” (“informante”) appearing in emails is intended behavior. It’s the default system text used instead of a username.

The thing is the text says: “A volunteer Waze editor, reporter….”
The reporter is not a volunteer Waze editor.

That’s a fair point, I believe this has already mentioned in the relevant thread. I’d appreciate it if you could also post your feedback there.
Indeed it was mentioned in may of last year. Shira said they were working on it in May also. It’s january 2026, and nothing yet.
